Questions we hear first.
Do you only work with Microsoft Dynamics?
No. Dynamics is where I started, and I still support it. Most new projects are custom CRMs, portals and websites built on Next.js, Node and PostgreSQL. We pick the platform that fits your business, not the one we resell.
Custom CRM or off-the-shelf? How do we decide?
If a standard CRM fits your process with light setup, we will tell you to use it. Custom makes sense when your workflow is specific, per-seat costs are climbing, or you want to own your data. We map it out on the first call.
Can you connect our existing website to a CRM?
Yes. Forms, quote tools, bookings and payments can all feed straight into your CRM, whether that is one we build or one you already use.
Do you also handle marketing?
Yes: technical SEO, landing pages, paid campaigns and automated follow-up, measured through to closed deals in your CRM.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. Custom builds are handed over with full source code and documentation, hosted where you choose.
Where are you based?
